Coinbase and other exchanges suffer outages as Bitcoin surges

Bitcoin passed $20,000 for the first time this morning, and popular cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase is suffering an outage as interest surges.

Other crypto exchanges also experienced brief outages Wednesday morning, including Binance.
